Flag a date, ask about a form

The LienPad editor reads every message sent from this page. Lien and notice dates are short and unforgiving, so if a figure on one of our guides does not match what you see on the job, tell us which page and what the statute or the clerk says, and we will check it against the source.

We cannot advise on a specific job; for that, talk to a construction attorney in your state.

What to write about

A correction
A lien deadline, preliminary-notice day count or retainage cap on one of our pages that reads differently from your state's statute or the form your county recorder accepts.
A tool question
A waiver, notice or pay-application generator that produced something you did not expect, or a calculator result you want to check.
Vendors and listings
Lien-management, pay-application or payment software you think belongs on one of our comparison pages, or a listing of yours that is out of date.
Working with us
Trade associations, construction attorneys and industry publications with a partnership in mind.

If it is about a page, paste its address. Leave out owner names, job addresses and contract figures you would not put in an email.
